About Us

IsoSaan is a name that’s gaining quite a bit of momentum in a relatively short span of time. This momentum is a result of a core team that has a decade & a half experience in the field of Containment & almost four decades experience in the field of Granulation

Strategically located in the heart of Mumbai, IsoSaan’s 15,000 Sq. feet facility has access to all resources the latest technology to build their systems. Being positioned in one of Mumbai’s largest Industrial zone, it’s quite convenient to access developed vendors for manufacturing sub processes.

If that’s not enough IsoSaan has an alliance facility at Mangaon that boasts a 40,000Sq. ft. manufacturing area within a 5 Acre compound. “Scaling up” is not a hurdle for us…

Containment Devices

The need of containment is now gaining momentum in the Pharmaceutical Industry. All drugs are harmful over a limit & period of time. Be in an “Over the Counter” drug or an extremely potent “Cytotoxic Drug” or “Hormonal Drug”, exposures above certain limit puts the Drug manufacturer at extreme risk. This is where Isolators step in.

Positive Pressure:

These systems are primarily designed for product production using laminarity of air as its working principal. The chamber is at a higher pressure with respect to the room environment. In case of breach, air from inside the system escapes to the room outside thereby protecting the products from external contaminants.

Negative Pressure:

These systems are primarily designed for operator protection. The chamber is at a lower pressure with respect to the room environment. In case of breach, air from the clean room rushes into the isolator thereby restricting hazardous particles to escape resulting in operator safety. These systems are available in both Rigid & flexible construction where the body of the former is made in SS 316L & later in a special compound of polyurethane. All Isolators manufactured by ISOSAAN adhere to the following norms of manufacturing GMP, cGMP, ISO 10648 – 2, ISO 14644-7
